I don't usually do carryout for my pizzas, but now that I've acquired a new e-bike fairly recently, well... that changes things. Anyway, used the app to place my order (super easy), my food was prepared fairly quickly & to the letter, looked fantastic, tasted equally as such (if not moreso), and the employee at the register was friendly... Oh, and the price I paid for my pizza was decent. Totally worth the trip. Read moreThe manager, Cheri/Sherry, is the most abhorrent person in customer service I have ever had to witness. I have an open case with Pizza Hut corporate because of her. Not just once, but on several occasions I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with her regarding orders placed online at this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs until she is gone. Go to another location, or better yet go to another pizza restaurant. When you call, the manager has no problem telling you that she is working alone and most times has no delivery driver and she is also the cook. That should speak volumes right there. The pizzas are rushed, undercooked, poorly made, and of a quality Pizza Hut should not stand behind. And the fact that she is always working “alone” says to me that no one wants to work with this person. They cannot keep employees at this restaurant, presumably because of her. I can only hope the franchise owner sees this post and realizes this manager is going to be the cause of failure of this restaurant. This business will close...
Read moreI've ordered from this location twice and both times they gave me the wrong pizza. The first time I ordered hand tossed and got thin crust. I called in and the guy argued with me saying I don't understand the different crust options (which I do). The second time they gave me the wrong pizza I called in and they said they would bring me the right pizza if I gave them the other pizza back. This is a horrible policy, in Vegas they just give you a credit and don't make you wait an additional hour for food. So they promised me the new pizza would be there in 30 minutes. After 50 minutes I called them back. They were extremely rude and unapologetic. I asked to speak with a manager. She was the rudest one of all. They are clearly incapable of carrying out a successful order and they try to blame the customer for their incompetence. I love Pizza Hut pizza and wings so I'm very upset that I'm stuck with this delivery location. I recommend you find somewhere...
