Terrible place. The owners have the worst manners. You don’t feel welcomed at all when you go to their store, when you ask questions they get mad. On top of that, a family member booked an event with them and it wasn’t the best experience. First of all, they did her very dirty and promised her the salon would be ready on time a day before, however that wasn’t the case. They did it the day of and although they decorated it, there was missing things they said they would do. When party started, they didn’t have cups for guests, no ice, the “bartender” had no clue what was going on, amongst other things. The bathroom doors were broken, dj arrived super late, if it wasn’t because they had a live performance, it would have been silent with no music. Overall, we made the night great regardless of their disaster but because we chose to make it great. They are pathetic liars and don’t deserve bookings. Please go somewhere and save yourself a headache with them!!! I would give them 0 starts...

great place to buy clothes but do not let them host your big events. my family had my little cousins quince at the 4th street salon and i am less than pleased with the quality of service we received. to start el salon wasn’t finished until lat minute which left us little to no time to modify if needed be, during the quince there wasn’t enough tables nor chairs even though we provided an exact number of people attending, my aunts shoes were thrown away and finally my prescription glasses were thrown away. while i understand that this isn’t their fault i still think it’s super rude to throw away something that very easily could’ve been set aside. glasses aren’t phones that can easily be replaced these are needed to see drive etc. when i called the people on the phone were rude and i heard in the background someone snicker and say that “it’s not our job to take care of their things” at least put me on hold so i don’t hear the snide remarks. will not be recommending to anyone and will tell them this information if anyone asks about booking with them. pleas keep in mind this information if you are looking to book.

Mi familia celebró los quince de mis primas pequeñas en el salón de la calle 4 y no estoy muy satisfecho con la calidad del servicio que recibimos. Para empezar, el salón no estuvo terminado hasta el último minuto, lo que nos dejó poco o ningún tiempo para modificarlo si fuera necesario, durante los quince no había suficientes mesas ni sillas a pesar de que proporcionamos un número exacto de personas que asistieron, los zapatos de mi tía estaban tirados a la basura y finalmente tiraron mis gafas graduadas. Si bien entiendo que esto no es su culpa, sigo pensando que es muy grosero tirar algo que fácilmente podría haberse dejado de lado. Las gafas no son teléfonos que se puedan reemplazar fácilmente, se necesitan para ver el manejo, etc. Cuando llamé, la gente por teléfono fue grosera y escuché de fondo a alguien reírse y decir: "no es nuestro trabajo cuidar de sus cosas". Its been over a month that I brought my gold chain for repair and I have literally been here y times in the month trying to pick up my chain. every time I come they have a new story and of course blame someone else and tell me to come back. the owners wife claimed she would call me whether she found it or not and still hasn't. so now I come again today and they again pretend to look through things for it.
