The apartment manager is rude and condescending, and made the last year or so there hell. We lived there for over 4 years and dealt with her two faced attitude because we were content in our mediocre apartment. In November 2016 they did an inspection but didnt tell us they had a problem with our space at that time, didnt bring it up until June of 2017 when they asked us to leave and we gave out 30 days notice. Well being two faced as she is she still listed us as being forced evicted, look up what it means it is absolutely not what occurred but will go on our records if another apartment were to contact them. They also are charging us for painting the communal area and for furniture left at the dumpster that wasnt ours(3 other people were leaving this place) They are charging us for the old carpet and the painting of the entire unit, FYI they cant because the paint is normal wear and tear. To top it all off they are lying and saying that we left fist holes in the closet doors and are charging us for two sets of closet doors(if it wasnt clear the doors were left without fist holes). They want to charge us to replace the 15yo stove because they didnt want to clean it, which is funny because they are charging us 300 dollars for cleaning. Ive never paid more that 70 dollars cleaning fee to an apartment in my life, even with pets. She sent us a threatening but poorly written letter with grammatical and punctuation errors, very unprofessional and I am contacting her managing company. That same company let go a very nice manager shortly after we moved in. Just stay away from this place, they charge way too much for the area as other apartments on that street go for 150 less or more than these, or even some of gastonwilkerson other properties, that are...
Read moreTrish is great but, I would not recommend renting here, specially in the 300 building. There’s a tenant upstairs the is constantly running some sort of equipment that vibrates the hell out of several units. Runs it all night and sometimes all day. Unfortunately my unit seems to be directly below or very close to the persons unit. It’s so bad it rattles the dishes in the sink, you have a glass with liquid, it creates wave actions. Your bed vibrates so bad you can’t sleep. It’s starting to give me migraines and have had to several times sleep in my car in the freezing cold. I’ve talked to the management several times but, it’s like they don’t care to investigate it, it’s not noises just some type of mechanical equipment. Time to get a...
Read moreI lived at this apartment complex for 3 years. Don’t do it. Water leaked through my light fixture in my bathroom. Fixture was disconnected and never fixed (over a year). Raw sewage was ankle deep in my apartment and it took them hours to even shut the water off. They had a guy come and dry it for all of 30 minutes. Refused to change the carpet. That’s right, raw sewage ankle deep in my entire apartment and I was forced to live with that carpet for 2 years. (Which they charged me for on the way out) took pictures and documented black mold and let them know about a pending lawsuit and their response was “sorry to hear you’re going that way.” If you live here they will put your health in jeopardy. Slum lord...
