D K Market is a fantastic grocery store for Asian, Indian, Middle East, and Russian food! As told by one of the employees, the owner is Chinese, and he listens to his customers. Each customer would say they need this or that. That sounds like a winner to me, and I'm starting to like the store even more hearing this story.
I shopped at D K Market a few times before and was wondering about the selections of the products the store carries. I was questioning myself. Is this an Asian, Indian, or Russian market? And to be honest, it's a bit cluttered because they have so much good stuff inside the store. So, it's like a store/ warehouse setting where the owner buys wholesale items by the pallets at low cost and passes them on to customers at low prices.
From experience, if you walk into this market empty-handed, you'll walk out with a cartful of fresh groceries, fruits, noodles, pasta, and sauces. So, be sure to bring at least a few grocery bags if you don't want to get charged...

Read moreWe went to Spice King (excellent Indian food by the way), just inside the DK market and decided to give the market a look while we were waiting for our order. The market has impressively vast options of international foods, spices, and cooking appliances so you have a one stop shop for all of your cooking needs. We have shopped the DK market a few times now and have brought family and friends to shop there as well. While the selection is great, the quality of the Filipino butter bread on the last shop was not. The color of the sugary butter icing was a bit off/more yellow than typical. It was rancid. And I believe that from the look of the rest of the butter bread loaves on the shelves that it's likely they were all spoiled as well. For this reason alone, I couldn't give the market a 5 star review. Still a great place to shop and I do recommend highly. I also recommend to carefully inspect the quality of perishables...
