Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Renton

This was probably the most disgusting sandwiches we've ever had. Me & my boyfriend spent $47 on 2 sandwiches, some fries, & mozzarella sticks. I got the original cheesesteak & the bread was extremely soft & the meat itself was soggy. They smothered it in the Craft Singles tasting cheese & the fries were super soggy too. They didn't even put the buffalo chicken on my boyfriend's buffalo sandwich. They plopped it in the middle so he had to use his hands to actually put it on the bread. His chicken was super dry. We literally could not even finish eating the food because it was truly that bad. We ended up wasting almost $50 & eating...

On the menu board it says 13.99 for a sandwhich, a drink, and a fry. I stopped going there (I used to go every single day) because the workers started charging me $4 for a drink and $3 for a fry seperate. I am confused as to why the advertising doesn't show the price with the drink and fry added. I wouldn't have minded paying $20 for a sandwhich fry and drink if the quality of the food didn't go down. The nuggets used to be crispy and hot but now they look like off brand Mc donalds nuggets and are lukewarm. I will start going again once the prices drop OR the food...

Lazy and unprofessional! Not only that but got my order wrong. Made us wait 30 mins before we got our food! Excuse was we’re busy. We chose curbside and they tried to make us come get our order. The guy who answered the phone sounded high. The Hispanic lady with the hoop earrings did not seem to know what is going on. The lady and the guy tried to make us get our order, why is curbside an option?
