We drove 40 minutes to this post office to get passports for our 4 children. Getting passports is always such a nightmare, especially with so many kids, but Pham was extremely patient and helpful and this facility was great.

He pointed out a potential issue with our photos and with his help we were able to quickly re-take and re-print ourselves at the CVS down the street, likely saving us from a potential rejection.

My family and I visited this location after booking an in person appointment to apply for passports and have our photos taken here. The employees and atmosphere in general were very pleasant and friendly. The employee who handled our applications, Thao, was very knowledgeable of the whole process, courteous, friendly, and fast. The whole process ran smoothly and was seamless, and she made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. I can't recommend this...

I just want to say that my first experience at this post office was amazing the sweet lady who helped me out was beyond professional. My return experience hadn't been going that great until I came to this post office and she helped me out and made the experience easy for me.
