I normally enjoy coming in to Marshalls, but today was different. I came in, in the morning, found my items and stood in line. I was the only one in line, yet there was a group of women that work there standing next to the register closest to the beginning of the line, trash talking about another employee while I was standing there. Did anyone offer to check out my items? No. They noticed me but continued speaking poorly of a fellow employee. I stood there for almost 5 minutes until someone finally helped me. I was so close to walking out and not purchasing my items. Leave your problems at the door and discuss them on your own...
Read moreIn general Marshalls is a good store but I had a really bad experience with one manager here. I purchased 2 products which turned out to be of really cheap quality - unacceptable. Glass Microwavable containers started to crack on heating up in microwave for under 2-3 mins. Used them for little over a months and now they won't take it back. Infact started to blame back to me that you would have used it otherwise and at first even said that these are not microwave safe! However another local marshalls store gladly accepted them back. Shame on this manager at Wonderland! PS: it was Fire n Ice microwave safe...

This particular store is nice but probably has the smallest selection of any category compared to other Marshall's. The shoe selection is smaller, the men's selection is smaller, the women's selection is smaller the "Home Goods" selection is smaller than other Marshall's like Saugus or Swampscott. Also the selection of brands Isn't as as nice or "high quality" as Marshall's (or even HG/TJMaxx) in other locations but it's a decent store, especially if...
