A gem in Revere. The coffee, the service and the pastries are excellent here. I stopped by on a trip further north, but almost wish I could return just to stop here one more time. My iced latte arrived quickly, with a superb blend of ice, espresso and milk. My chocolate croissant, while a little light on chocolate, was buttery, slightly sweet and yet not too flakey. And, though I had no idea what a Mesman was until walking in here, I may have found a new top breakfast item to add to my rotation. Try one, they are excellent!

We came in for the first time today and tried the falafel and a beef sandwich, order a round bread and Napoleon for later. The staff is great, very friendly and the service was very good. The most important thing, however, is the food… and that does not disappoint! I highly recommend for the best falafel I have had in years. Before we left, I ordered a pound of cookies to bring to a family event, just to try. I was impressed with the quality and so was everyone at the party. Will be back here again and again.

Great baked goods that are authentically made the Moroccan way. Vast variety of delicious patisseries and Moroccan dishes. Friendly staff most of the time. I wish the staff can serve you food at the table instead of calling you to the counter to pick it up!!! Some Moroccan customers speak annoyingly loud (both on their phones and to each other), no consideration for the rest. Sitting here is not enjoyable at all when It’s busy and crowded. Very enjoyable when not crowded.

I don’t usually give one Star to any business, but when it comes to the manager of the business been totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. that, I cannot accept. I go in with my friend to have dinner and some pastries. Asked the girl at the counter for a table, she tells me, there is no available tables now. Because of the reduced seating capacity due to COVID, we are only allowed to seat thirteen people. I turn around and I see a person sitting down in a table by him self talking on the phone. And I said to her how about that table where that gentleman is sitting, can you ask him if he’s going to order or he’s waiting for someone, what’s the story with him. She replies I’m sorry I can’t do that. So nicely I asked to speak to the manager, she calls him out and start telling him what’s the situation and I what I said to her. He bluntly in my face and I’m standing right there, quote: “that customer spends at least $30 every time he comes here, I can’t tell him to get up and leave, and I’m 80% sure he’s going to order. Matter fact I’m 98% sure he’s going to order.” And he started walking away. I was really really shocked from his response. I never ever expected to hear anything like that from any manager. I said to him so are we not paying with dollars, you know what he replied to me, with total disrespect and rudeness, you shouldn’t be listening to my conversation, I said excuse me. You are telling her that in front on my face, and I’m right here. What kind of manager are you, totally disrespecting you customers in front of everybody, that’s how lead by example to you employees. He just walked away, no apology. No, sorry for the inconvenience, or what don’t you wait a little bit, we may free you a table, nothing. He just walked away. So rude so rude. I’ve been a loyal customer to this place since day one when they opened at Shirley ave. I know both owners very well Youssef and Nabil, great guys. They have always struggled with the customer service, but I keep going back, just to be part of the community and support our Moroccan friends business. But I feel so sorry for them, the stuff they have working for them, for sure one day they will bring that business to the ground. And I will tell that manager that treated me and my friend with total disrespect, you have no manners nor customer...

10/15/24 3:30 PM: Absolutely terrible customer service! My s.o and I are Revere locals, and wanted some coffee while supporting a local business.. However, we waited for over 10 entire minutes to even get acknowledged. (If they were busy or slammed I would have understood but the man was even on his phone!) The rude man at the register turned his back to us and had an absolutely terrible demeanor towards us. He refused to take our order those 10+ minutes. First couple of minutes he would scream an order over/at us. After the prior order picked up their meal (which we waited for them to grab), he went on his phone, in front of us knowing we had waited that entire time. He then chatted with other coworkers, even chatted with the kitchen staff still NO order, blatantly ignoring us.. When he finally said “what do you want” I asked for the coffee menu (it was nowhere to be seen) and he unenthusiastically said the coffee options, I said “Ok I know what I want!” then he walked away again!!! Continuing to ignore us.. I had enough time to look at my bf and say lets just go contemplating waiting longer. (In retrospect my family member had enough time to walk to a store across the street buy things walk around and come back;still no order)

The man with the glasses that “took orders” today needs SERIOUS retraining or even termination. I have been to this location years ago with a better experience which is why I eagerly brought my s.o today… just to be ungreeted, unwelcomed and flat out disappointed. Not even a hello or welcome from this man. I MAY give it another chance in a few months and write a new review if things changed.. However, as he walked away from us over 10 minutes of ignoring then acknowledging and leaving again; he caused the business to lose an order of not just coffee but food. He lost the potential for the business to have regulars… and...

I didn’t want to write this review, because we enjoyed the food we ordered. However, the customer service is a disaster. Maybe it was only the one lady that was taking our order and not their general attitude. Anyway… we went there for brunch. It was crowded, so I understand there could be confusions while taking orders. We gave our order, and for some reason, I realized she was having trouble taking the right order from us - btw, it wasn’t a complicated one. We were two and ordered several things to share. So those were one item per specific food. And we said we wanted two coffees and one is with milk and the other is black. I repeated my order several times and my husband was with me, so he could confirm. Then we got the food and only my husband’s coffee came. Mine never did. We went and said it’s been 20 minutes and we’re almost finished with our brunch with a missing coffee. This was after waiting a long line. The lady asked us to bring the receipt she gave us, and we brought it and she showed it to us. There was one coffee there. I think she thought we were going to share the coffee too?? She was arrogantly blaming us for the missing coffee and blatantly sticking the receipt to our face to prove herself. And I had repeated my order very slowly, one by one and clearly minimum three times so she would get it right. She could have just apologized for the inconvenience and I would still be ok and not have written this review because I respect hard work. We paid for the coffee and overall it took more than 30 minutes for me to get the simplest black coffee. Therefore, I think even one star is too much for her behavior and the...
