This place is horrible!!! Worst experience I have ever had.. I am currently 7 months pregnant. I went inside with my fiancé planning on eating lunch there. While trying to figure out what to eat I need to use the restroom. But apparently you need a code to open the door. My fiancé asked for the code one of their employees stated you needed to purchase a item and it would be on the receipt. I stated to the employee I am 7 months pregnant as you can I need to use the restroom at this minute. Employee still refused to give me it. I asked to speak to the manager. When speaking to the manger letting her know exactly what happen. She gives me the code, as I was leaving out she asked if I was all set I said yes. I stated to the manager it wasn’t right what one of employees did. I wasn’t just anyone off the street asking for the restroom. I was planning on buying lunch but not anymore would I ever go back there!!!! I also told the manager why her employee would do that l. She stated “ I don’t know” that’s the sad part ! Sometimes the food is good. Generally it is VASTLY overpriced, especially because much of the food is served in a "pay-by-weight" style bar, with absolutely no prices labeled anywhere.

Today, however, the salad bar was mislabeled and what I thought was a vegan tofu dish was actually chicken. Evidently staff doesn't care about nor protect against cross-contamination, so if you have allergies STAY AWAY. I'm sure the staff is very nice, and everyone i've spoken to has been lovely, but there has been no attempt to rectify this issue and genuinely, it should never have been an issue in the first place. There is no reasonable circumstance in which it is acceptable to mislead someone to eat something to which they are allergic or strongly, morally object. I'm very disappointed in this establishment and while I am aware that accidents happen, this makes me feel considerable trepidation and has convinced me that eating here--despite it's convenience--is not worth it (especially if you have any...

Prices are ok and for food, it really depends on what you get. The omelettes are great and so are the crepes. I would pass on the oatmeal and some other menu items. Service is average. Nothing to write home about but they get the job done as expected. I wholely agree with another reviewer on this restaurant that aesthetics are a slight notch above a cafeteria vibe.
