IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. The service and treatment we received at the Burger King on 183rd And Harlem in Tinley Park IL 60477 was completely unexpectable. The young lady that took our order was very rude and did not get our order correctly. Continuing, she to asks us to pull forward and wait for our food. Our food was given to another car which we had to then go out and get it ourselves from the customers. We suggested to the young man that brought it out that it might be our food ( since we were waiting minutes before the other cars arrival) and not the car’s next to us. HE WAS VERY RUDE. Upon entering the building since the order was incorrect The disrespect and rudeness did not stop there when speaking with the manager on staff “LYDIA”. While expressing and explaining the interaction with the young man previously she got defensive and said that we made a racial comment in order to be treated that way. A racial comment?! What !! Not only was this statement very untrue but also offensive for many reasons. She snatched the incorrect order from us and would not provide us with names of employees or corporate phone number. Read moreThis is hands down the WORSE Burger King I have ever been to! The sad thing is that this location is the closest to me, but I have to avoid at all costs, and either skip Burger King or have to make a trip further away. The customer service is the worse, the staff is the rudest, and sadly you can tell this location is just in desperate need of staff, so they’ve hired anyone who will hopefully show up. The Manager/Owner is TERRIBLE. How do you work in customer service with absolutely no knowledge of how to provide it. I recently had a family member go to this location, even though I told them to avoid this location, and sure enough I get a call from them complaining about whoever this Manager/Owner is, and how they ordered 10-15 min ahead of time, arrived, and the food still wasn’t ready, even though the place was empty. His response was, “Do you want cold fries”, with an attitude. He then had them pull up and wait even longer, and when he brought the food out, he then said “Don’t burn your tongue”, walked away, and then whipped his phone out to take a picture of their license plate? Read moreVery odd experience to say the least. Key “red flags” were listed throughout drive-thru to contact the district manager concerning complaints or compliments. Now, we were there a bit late but a few hours before closing. When we ordered it appeared that two girls switched out who was taking our order. Not a big deal, but they confirmed and reconfirmed our order. Once we got to window to pay it was just an odd experience like she was under immense pressure, but they had the inside closed, and no one else was in drive-thru. She then asked us to pull ALL the way around and park by the front door. Ok, door to door service...different but ok. Then after 15 mins of waiting she forgot our drinks. We felt bad, and thought maybe she was alone, but there was another employee. She apologized and rushed off. Also another vehicle was next to us looking equally puzzled. Also it appeared that the store was closed. Food was good, service was odd, but the overall experience was just kinda eerie.
