Allergy Asthma Clinic: Chuling Jiang, MD, MPH — Local services in Richardson

I selected her for my daughter's pediatrician because we moved to plano area last year. I visited her about three times, and then I knew I made a wrong decision, and my daughter needs a new pediatrician.

@aweful offce environment there is no seperate waiting rooms for wellness and sickness, and adult and kids, whatever you are sick or well check up , stay together. @ unprofessional: we ever made an appointment with her, and arrived late about 5 minutes due to sever weather. you know what, she blamed my wife for something like why you brought your daughter to restroom not stay in waiting room , and I have lots of patients waiting for me and yelled at my daughter because she cried, but she never appologized to us for leting us waiting for over 30 minutes last time. @ unreasonable charge: you'd better be careful your credit card on file or medical bill she sent to you. I was charged before I received a medical bill and without my authorization. I asked her to stop doing that , and they are not happy. we ever visited her once at weekend, and she charged us for weekend appointment.it is rediculous, and the trick is that you cannot see it on your medical bill. I found it because one of her staffs printed out the details of my daughter's account. @ declined to renew patient's prescription I called her office and asked why, and the answer is because she think we are trying to find a new pediatrian. I told her that it is improper to act like that and I keep right to take action if she still refused to issue a new prescription. she did issue new prescrition and also send us a letter which said she will not be my daugher's pediatrican any more .... , unbelievable!

I just doubt previous two comments on Google review, and not sure if they are real jiang's patients.

My son had a very small problem, only coughed about 5 minutes every night, and lasting 3 days before we visiting her. The first time we visited her, she was with nice smile, patience and big self-confidence although she closed her eyes and auscultated my son's breathe so hardly.

13 days later, my son can not sleep at all because of coughing and high fever after visiting her the second time for changing medicine. My son kept this status for 4 days (we called her and told the status during the 4 days, but she added a new medicine) and we visited her again the third time. She said the medicine maybe not suit our son, and the sequence of our taking medicine was wrong (she never told us sequence before at all) and gave us another medicine. She said if we toke medicine according to the sequence and use the new medicine was no use, then we need not visit her, she would change the medicine.

The next day, we found a new pediatrician, she asked us to take an x-ray, she said my son was no asthma, no need the asthma medicine at all. X-ray result showed my son was pneumonia finally. Doctor Jiang gave us 14(first time)+45(second time) days medicine for asthma.

This is my true experience which is our nightmare. Thanks God, my son is good now. As a Mom, I forgave what doctor Jiang done on my son, but I am still writing my experience here because I do not want any other kid has similar...

My daughter has eczema and food allergy and she could not sleep through the night because she was so itchy at night. She will scratch until she bleeds or wake up every 2 hours. She was miserable and tired. I went to my pediatrician who referred me to a dermatologist and an allergist. That dermatologist referred me to another pediatric dermatologist. The allergist I went to didn’t provide me with a solution and told me that she will eventually grow out of it. Pretty much none of the doctors helped my daughter and kept referring me out. After 21 months of sleepless nights, we were desperate for some help. My friend recommended Dr. Jiang. She was the only doctor that took her time to listen to our entire story. She was so patient and detailed. She taught us what we needed to do to help relieved her itchiness and had a treatment plan for my daughter. Less than one week after Dr. Jiang’s treatment plan, my daughter felt much better and she slept through the night. Did she heal her eczema? No. But she taught us how to control it and made my daughter comfortable enough to sleep through the night. Dr. Jiang also personally called me after 4 days of seeing her to see how my daughter was doing. You really don’t find doctors like her anymore. She cares so much about her patients and I cannot thank Dr. Jiang enough. Thank...
