I placed an order in DECEMBER 2020.... Were now in MARCH of 2021, I have yet receive my order. My money was most definitely drafted in December, yet the product “was not able to be located” NORMALLY when a business isn’t able to for fill the order they do what.... give a refund right, WRONG, not Gregory’s they KEEP your money & send you through multiple people to get multiple excuses “sick” “surgery” “im so sorry this is my fault” by not just one person “associates just stopped showing up for work” I mean like multiple excuses, AGAIN not my issues, nor professional at all but being understanding and patient I have been I just accept the apology and keep moving. Jon and Alexis have been nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL & STEAL peoples money ! Being a “high end” store sad that you steal from people especially through a time where people are trying to avoid going to stores during a pandemic. I have all the text messages from both employees will be posting them and going through every single way to get my money back from this situation. If you go to photos from my review you can see our messages a refund in January is expected a refund after three months and a promised replacement is RIDICULOUS! Wouldn’t have known of a replacement if it wasn’t for this employee so why not honor what you say?
What’s bizarre is a company arguing with a customer yet to have contacted via phone. What’s bizarre is you are NOW ABLE to refund something but wasn’t able to MONTHS AGO SO I WOULDNT DO THIS TYPE OF REVIEW. My friend and I had an argument over something in the display, came in to ask about an outfit, and discovered a place that famous men and women find that special pair of shoes (art on the sole, anyone?) or clothes that is exactly right for the person and the occasion. I have been trying to find this puffer jacket (orange) from Avenue George V Paris I called all over Las Vegas, no one could help me so I seen Gregory’s shop in Texas pop up I took a chance it was my last chance and call I was giving up all hope. Thank Jon, answered and you know how they say your prayers have been answered well Jon is my angel. Not only did he give me excellent customer service, but he did it with pride and kindness which as you know these days is very hard to get. He told me last Friday 12/16/22 that he would check into this for me and call me and or text me back HE DID as PROMISED. Saturday I was under the weather he said Hey KC not to worry I got you we will touch base on Sunday when you feel better again, he did. Not only did we get my husband's puffer ordered he has a new friend (ME) It takes a special person like Mr. Jon to go out of his way and help out someone that has no clue what she is doing. He guided me through the easiest process, but he did it with humbleness. I want to send out a SHOUT out you regarding his performance in this transaction. Jon went beyond and above for me He rocks.
