Lands' End — Local services in Richfield

Who is the grumpy, older man who works at the return counter (12/6/24)? I don’t come in often, but I never forget him and dread walking up to him. He is so unfriendly. As the customer I shouldn’t have to always be the one doing the greeting. I think he should look for something else maybe not in customer service where he will be more happy. Oh and by the way- don’t dare take the item you’re returning out of the bag it was packaged in and set them both on the counter for the return. He will very aggressively shove it back in the bag like it’s some huge problem it was taken out. I thought maybe I was helping by removing it so he could inspect the item prior to returning it but I...

During one of the summer sales I found that the dress I wanted online was out of stock. So I went to this store and they had plenty of them but NONE of them were on sale! I asked the clerk why that was, normally retail has sales that are comprehensive from my own experience. Nope. So I called LE and complained to them about this and while the CS person was sympathetic, there was nothing she could do. Not shopping there much anymore, there are too many other options elsewhere. I have been buying my tops/t-shirts from here for a while. I like that the fabric is cotton (cotton blend). Feels great (soft) against my skin. They never fade, and retain their shape and size for multiple years.

I still use their pants that I had purchased over 10 years ago. Although these pants do shrink. I air-dry them upside down - to have them fit me properly.

In recent years I have started to like that their color choices are lighter abd brighter.

As many have said - their sizes tend to run larger.
