Called her because of her 5 star reviews plus I was in the area. She seemed so nice at first but then started getting irritated w me? I honestly didn't think I did or said anything except for all positive talk about our family and where we lived. Nothing negative was ever said or talked about. UNTILLL......When I accidentally didn't put my nails under the UV light, she got irritated and pushed the light on the tips of my nails. I pulled them out to make sure nothing smudged and she said, NO!! YOU PUT YOUR HAND IN THERE, YOURE NOT DONE! I told her I understand but you pushed the light on the tips of nails and was just making sure they weren't smudged. She told me just keep my hand in there. Uhh..ok?? This isn't my first time getting this done lol! I didn't say anything. Just felt embarrassed & a little pissed. My polish job was mediocre as she missed spots..(again, I didn't say anything because I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have gone well) She ripped on the last nail tech that did my nails and said they were lazy because of not filling in the sides. (it was 6 weeks since ive had them done, as i told her this)Gave her a $15 tip because I didn't have change.🤦‍♀️ I wouldnt have given that much because of her snappy attitude in the middle of the appt. I actually am a $20-$25 tipper, especially when they're kind and do a great job. Massage on hands were literally 5-8 seconds each. Its like she just wanted to get rid of me 😭 Whatever I did to make her get irritated, I guess Im sorry?? I'm not sure..I just won't be back. Maybe she was having a bad day like we all do? From the very first interaction, she just seemed amazing. I was excited to come back even though i live in Apple Valley. But would never treat my potential clients or any of my clientele this way. I'll just chalk it up to a really unfortunate experience..for both of us, I guess😅 UPDATE: Her response came back within a few minutes and was blaming our interaction on my "old" hands & the mask she wore...wow🤦‍♀️😅 And You say you try to make people feel beautiful??? I know "tone of voice" Im 58 and have been working w most of my clients since 1989. Your actions were showing irritation since you wouldn't listen when I told you that you shoved the nail light onto my nails makes me think you had someone else coming in and were trying to rush me. I'm a hair stylist. I get it , believe me! But you were pretty much rude from the middle to the end of our appt. I thought I hit the jackpot in the first 15 min. You were so kind and nice.. I would like to know if I did or said something to set you off? Just a...

*UDATE!..AGAIN...They are now straight up bashing and lying. My Google reviews are public. I'm not out to be a Karen. I'm giving 100% honest on restaurants, nails..etc on what I experience. There is nothing in it for me, when you explain why..they make excuses & again, bashing me instead of apologizing. Or just say.. "oh sorry, I didn't mean to do that". Ask Victor! He has the video footage!🤦‍♀️ Not sure why I need to come on here and prove my point for gel nails..but I do.. because Victor/Michelle can't get over it.. instead of being a proper business person...weirdest experience I've ever had. So.. Go to town you two! You are unprofessional business owners... Just disgusting. Also Victor (and Michelle)..you can keep bashing me and make me look like the bad guy. Time will tell & maybe youve learned from this review.. and maybe you just dont care..makes me sad that there are still peeps in the industry like you. 👎

HiVictor!.. It's me, LisaT! Just writing back to your nasty reply that's not deserved. I'm sure you are Michelle's husband/boyfriend/brother... whatever. It doesn't really matter. I understand sticking up for your family/partner, but no need to be so angry! You already have 5 stars, I'm not sure what your worried about?Please don't call me a liar. The recordings should speak for themselves. So, I believe you are not seeing or understanding what actually happened. I also know that she DOES have a 5 star rating as that is why I came to Michelle in the first place. Like I said, the first 15 min were great. The rest, not so much. Believe it or not, Ive actually had my nails done before by other salons for the past 20 yrs and never gave a bad review except for one. I'm just wondering what part I lied about? Please let me know.l! Also if you could please let me know what I did to cause her to be so snippy? YES! My God..I have old hands. I'm 58! I have clientele that I would never speak to in this manner. I didn't do anything! I guess Im done replying now. But again, I've told the truth, I have no reason to lie. It doesn't make or break me. I still have the same polish on & have gotten compliments, as well. It was the attitude for me. That's all. If you can't handle 1 or 2 star reviews, then maybe you need to take a class in etiquette & how to manage if you "run" the company. I was being honest w my review(s). Maybe, "I'm sorry that happened. Please give us another try". I'm not looking for anything except for to be nice. I hope your business flourishes! I'm sure it will with all the 5 ⭐️ reviews! Good Luck! ♥️...

First thing, Cindy was wonderful! She was such a kind soul and so empathetic! She even stayed after hours just to take me to accommodate me before I flew out. Her salon was clean and chic and she had a lot of colors to choose from. All quality brands as well which I was pleased to see! We had wonderful conversation and she was such a genuine person. She did clean and detailed work, making sure to perfectly shape and file, all while checking in with me as well. I was just in town traveling for a week and was apprehensive, as I did not know what to expect and I can be a bit picky. Cutest nail designs too! She put my mind at ease and made me feel so welcome, like I had known her forever! She really listened to my wants and needs and made it happen! She even suggested a great place to get food. I could not speak higher of her or her salon and I highly recommend choosing her over the other salons in the area. She provides a personal experience!
