Kohl's — Local services in Richland Township

I wanted to commend one of Kohl’s employees, Nancy. She was so helpful, kind and patient with me. First I couldn’t get on the store wifi and Nancy helped with that. I was picking up an online order and returning 2 Amazon purchases. I was having a hard time pulling up the Amazon returns and Nancy helped me immensely. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for me. Great employee and represents the store in a most positive manner. I would also like to acknowledge the associate, Misty, who was working as a cashier, while she is really a manager. She was very helpful while I was checking out and kept me organized. She even bagged my purchase according to what was bought. Excellent service to customers at this location. They go above and beyond...

The "KOHL'S GIBSONIA" Store is a REALLY CLEAN & WELL STOCKED Store. My Wife "LOVES" Coming to this Store INSTEAD of the McKnight Road Store bc of the TRAFFIC Jams on McKnight & in the Store's CLUTTERED Aisles. The "GIBSONIA" Store has MORE of a SELECTION of Clothes, Shoes, Bedding, Furniture Odds & Ends & Other Assorted Items that CUSTOMERS like to look for.
