The selection is great, prices could be better for the most part, but you can find some great items and deals here if you look. My quibble is the trade ins, they only take what they like or feel will 100% sell, which in my experience is about 50% at best right. And it's a matter of getting a fair price as well. But I can't fault them for that too much. Another quibble is bringing in a carry gun to find a holster and magazine, and handing it over and stating what I want and that it's loaded, and handing it over properly as well. Then being yelled at saying don't bring a loaded gun in here, unload it in the parking lot, in public.
