I HAVE SHOPPED AT PRECIOUS METALS AND DIAMONDS FOR MANY YEARS. I ALWAYS RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL THE LAST FEW YEARS. I NEEDED TO HAVE MY THREE-PIECE WEDDING BAND SET RESIZED. I WENT THERE FOR ASSISTANCE. THE SALES ASSOCIATE THAT INITIALLY HELPED ME WAS VERY NICE. IT TOOK SOME TIME TO GET WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS THE CORRECT SIZE FOR EACH RING BUT, I STILL WAS NOT SURE IF WE CHOSE CORRECTLY. I ASKED THE ASSOCIATE HER OPINION AND SHE SUGGESTED TO GO WITH THE LARGER SIZE EXPLAINING THAT WHEN THEY ARE PUT ON TOGETHER EXTRA ROOM IS REQUIRED. I WENT WITH THAT SUGGESTION BUT, WHEN THE RINGS WERE PICKED UP THEY WERE STILL TOO LARGE. FOR PICK UP I HAD ANOTHER ASSOCIATE AND SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT IF THEY DIDN'T FIT, IT WAS MY PROBLEM. I WENT THERE FOR HELP BUT IT SEEMS THEY FEEL ONE IS TO SIZE THEIR OWN RING! THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AT THIS JEWERLY STORE. I REALLY WANTED THIS TO WORK OUT. I HAD TO TAKE MY OTHER RINGS TO ANOTHER JEWERLY STORE AND PAY EXTRA MONEY TO HAVE THEM RESIZED. THAT STORE GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I AM SO...

I walked into this store to look at watches and everybody there was in back so I was over looking at watches and waiting on someone to help me the lady that helped me was very rude like she didn’t want to help me so I started looking at watches then I got the watch I wanted it was a beautiful watch she took it up and started taking links out of it and bought it back over to me to try it on then I payed for it before I left the store I looked at it it didn’t work a 500.00 watch so I told her I didn’t want it she told me maybe it needs a battery we half to send it out I never in my life heard of such a thing all watches should be working before you pay a redecoulois price for them. I’m glad I got refunded back my money I will never buy nothing from this store there a joke...

In December I had to have a ring cut off because I was unable to get it over my swollen arthritic knuckle. I was advised to wait a several weeks before having it resized. After several months I went back to get it resized. There were two customers in their showroom and I saw at least 4 employees. Not one employee greeted me nor did they ask if I needed help. After standing and walking around for 15 minutes, I walked out. Apparently they don't need my business. I'm disappointed because I wanted to have my wedding ring...
