I truly cannot fathom why this place is as highly rated as it is. I just placed my first and last order. We got an order to go for 1 shrimp pad thai, 2 chicken satays, 1 pork larb and 1 fresh avocado roll. The bill was $86. That already seemed very high, but I could accept it if it was really spectacular Thai food. It wasn't. The satay was just ok and for nearly $15 ea for an order of 4 dinky chicken skewers, it better knock my socks off. The larb, which was grossly mispronounced by the person who took my order (that should have been the first sign of things to come), was incredibly dry and had almost zero flavor. It's like just they pan-fried some unseasoned ground pork and called it larb. It was also a ridiculously tiny portion, as well. It also didn't come with lettuce wraps like it does at most other places. The fresh avocado rolls was 90% lettuce with the tiniest slivers of avocado. The pad thai actually tasted pretty good, but the noodles were undercooked and the shrimp was overcooked. Also, if youre going to remove the tail on some of the shrimp, do it to all of them. If you want Thai food that is twice as good as Hae HA Thai at half the price, go to...

I wish I had 6 stars to give the food here because it's AMAZING!!! I ordered the avacado green curry with tofu and can I just say that the tofu was out of this world. I've never had anything like it at a Thai restaurant. It was fried with sesame seeds!! I've had crispy tofu before and didn't like it but this was a very unique way to do it and added so much more flavor and delicious crunch not toughness. Ialso ordered The avacado fresh rolls with peanut sauce. And they were good. The peanut sauce was a tiny bit more runny than I like but it was still delicious and they brought me more no charge! My friend ordered the Tom kha soup and i think the the pad Thai. I tasted her soup but not the pad Thai. I LOVED everything. I eat at Thai restaurants all the time as it's my favorite cuisine and this Thai food is hands down my favorite. I'm so glad I tried it!! I live near Spokane but I would drive there just to eat their food! I will say that the ambiance was not great but when you have a great friend to eat with, it doesn't really matter! Their prices were amazing as well. All around it was an unforgettable experience!! Thank you Hae Ha Thai for the...

This used to be the only place my partner I would order Thai take out in the Tri Cities. We love the food here. Today while checking my band statement i noticed I was overcharged $71.16 from March 10. I used Uber eats to order several meals for my friends, however as soon as my order went through i noticed it was to delivered to the wrong address so I canceled my order immediately. Then I put in a new order at the correct address all within less than 5 minutes with the exact same items. The food was delivered the right address and everyone was happy. Today I noticed that l Hae Ha Thai/Uber Eats charged me for both orders. Looking at the receipt on Uber eats, it reads, Hae ha accepted your order so i couldn’t Be refunded because you didn’t cancel it in time. Ok, that’s fair, since I re-ordered the exact food I canceled, it why charge me for both orders? If you are already delivering food to me, at least send all the food I was charged for. How is this ethical or professional? I’m not ordering from Hae Ha Thai and I am done with Uber eats. Save your money folks just order take out and pick it up. Saves a lot of drama and...

After I looked over the online menu, I was worried about this place. Four of us went in about 1:30pm for lunch. The one employee working the front desk was also getting drinks and to go boxes for the other customers. Again, a bad sign for good service. We ordered chicken pad Thai, chicken massaman curry, and orange chicken. It took a reasonable amount of time to get our food. All three dishes seemed small, but were enough for for all four of us. The pad Thai was average. Not bad but not noticeable delicious. The orange chicken was crispy and the sauce was light. It was better than average. However, the massaman curry was amazing. It was rich and creamy with strong peanut flavor throughout. The vegetables were tender, even the giant chunks of potato. Top everything off we had the sticky rice with fresh mango. The rice tasted salty, but with the fresh mango and the sweet coconut sauce, it was a great finish to the meal. During our meal, our server kept our waters filled and brought the check promptly. I will definitely file this away as a great Thai place to eat in theTricities.

We were looking for a lunch spot after disc golf and stumbled upon this cozy family run Thai restaurant! We tried different dishes from their weekday lunch sets (choice of main + small bowl of tom yum soup + small serving of pad thai + jasmine/brown rice) and we are happy to share that not a single one disappointed. Mains: We had pork pad thai, crispy cashew chicken, green curry chicken and basil pork stir fry, all of which tasted very authentic. You can pick the spice level from 1-5 : we tried levels 2/3 and it was just the right amount of kick that evened out nicely after a mouthful of rice/pad thai. Can consider trying levels 4/5 if you like things spicy! Dessert: Mango sticky rice is most definitely a must try! The warm sticky rice is cooked just right, and tastes amazing when paired with the cold sliced mango and coconut milk that is just so slightly sweet. Our parents who live in Pasco agreed that this was hands down the best Thai food they’ve had in Tri-Cities and they are already looking forward to coming back for dinner another night.

I love when random Google searches bring out the best gems! I wanted vegetables, so I decided to look up Thai restaurants near me and first on the list was Hae Ha Thai. After checking the photos online I decided to take a chance. I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest lady behind the counter. I checked out their menu and decided on the green curry with vegetables. While I waited the lady was nice enough to provide me with water. I got my order to go, but it was still pipping hot when I got to my room. The green sauce was full of flavor--not too salty or spicy. It had just the right amount of heat that kept me coming back for more. I love the chunks of broccoli, carrots, onions, and other greenery! I eventually stopped, but I can't wait for my leftovers that are happily waiting for me at home! This will be my go to spot when I am in the area!
