In response to the company's response: I am very disappointed with the lack of effort to provide a resolution. You left me disfigured, in pain, and having to go to an actual professional to fix the botched job.

I have done my best to photograph the visible filler lumps in my temples, which are painful & movable.

I originally had tear trough filler done even though I am not the proper candidate, however instead of advising me about this and suggesting a better option, they proceeded. It had to be dissolved shortly after. I appreciated their prompt resolution (to their mistake) and I thought it was a one-off so I regrettably returned for temple filler. It is visibly lumpy, and can still be moved around (several months later) Despite immediately expressing my reservations and concerns about this, these concerns were not fully addressed.

Unfortunately, the results of these procedures have left me embarrassed and upset. I have sought opinions from other qualified professionals (including board certified plastic surgeons) and it has become clear that it has to be dissolved.

While I appreciate the initial efforts to address the previous issue, I believe that my concerns were not adequately addressed in this instance. I am disappointed with the outcome and will be seeking corrective treatment elsewhere.

It took me nearly 40 years of life to learn that I NEEDED a facial. I walked into Jen-Ryan’s apothecary soft music induced sanctuary with pretty rough aging skin. I never took care of it. I used packaged wipes to wash my face at night. I never wore sunscreen while cruising around with my jeep top off. Living the life, until one day I looked older than my age. I love this place and promise you will not be disappointed or be able to not schedule your next appt with them. I’ve also gotten the laser hair removal done with Chelsea. Another top notch magician with a wand. I can’t tell You how many compliments I get now when I tell people my age. They always say I look 10 years younger. Win win for everyone. I have been a client with Radiant Skin for a few years now & absolutely love going into the new office to get my facials! My skin has never felt or looked better thanks to Jenn Ryan! She is so knowledgeable about the products and services that I never feel pressured to purchase any products that I don’t need or schedule any services that aren’t beneficial. Jennifer at the front desk is wonderful as well, she makes checking in and checking out of my appointment so simple and quick so I can easily continue on with my day without any hesitation! Finally on the days I get to see Nancy or Tara, I really feel like I’m going to meet up with my girlfriends for coffee!
