From start to finish we had a bad experience with this location. I called earlier in the day asking if they had a certain type of phone (before I wasted my time driving to RH from Midway.) I was told by an employee they can not discuss inventory over the phone - weird, never heard that before⦠considering the other 3 T-Mobile locations I called (Hinesville and Savannah) had no problem telling me if the phone I was looking for was in stock. I pulled the usual Karen move and asked to speak to the manager for better assistance- I was put on hold just to get hung up on. Never got to speak to management.. called back and was told the same thing, just by a different person. Still no manger, okay fine. My boyfriend goes a little later that day to see if the phone he wanted was in stock- it was. Okay great, easy enough. After speaking with the employee and letting him know itās what he wanted he was asked what phone case and screen protector he wanted- we donāt buy these because they are very obviously overpriced compared to Amazon or other locations. He lets him know heāll pass on it, just needs the phone. He was then told they WILL NOT sell him the phone unless he purchases both items from their store⦠never have I ever experienced anything like that. Needless to say he left without a phone. Would not recommend this location. Non-accommodating and money greedy. We will continue to take our business to the hinesville location- who had no problem selling us the phone without spending hundreds of extra dollars on cases and...

Not one time was it mentioned that if I decided not to go through with the process that I would have to pay $70 dollars restocking fee. Not once did I touch the phone or lay eyes on the phone. I asked another customer who was in the store with me the entire time did she ever say in the 2 hours I was there, that they would be a restocking fee of 70 dollars. Once I decided to not go through with the process because they would not be able to transfer everything on the phone. They spent 2 hours stalling then finally decided to tell me they wouldn't be able to do it. Don't come to this store please they will try to make you pay as soon as you come in and not tell you all the information. All they want is commission and nothing else they are not good people. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a teacher in last week of school and had to get a new phone. I had no time this week and went into T-Moblie store in Richmond Hill at 7:40 pm on Friday. I hate going to deal with phones. My hubby usually takes care of this kind of stuff. I only went because he was out of town a week earlier and son jumped in pool with phone and he needed a new one. They were so nice at this store and made me so comfortable! Liz set up everything on my son's phone and put on his screen protector and case and he was up and running in what would have taken me the whole day. Told me about a great deal, so I returned to see them this week to get me a new phone at 7:40 pm on Friday night. Jeff and Liz made me feel welcome and completely set me up! They stayed until 9pm helping me. My first new phone in 5 years! Thank you Jeff and Liz! You are awesome!
