Beasties — Local services in Richmond

I really used to love this store and would make it a point to stop by every time we came to Carytown. Sadly after the experience myself and my daughter encountered today, I can’t see us spending another cent. My daughter had a small little sticker in her hand and I told her to put it up, being a 13yr old she just placed it down and we left. A lady came running after us saying that my daughter forgot to pay for a sticker in her hand. After explaining to this woman that we indeed did Not steal and that my daughter put it down into the store. She went back into the store and a few minutes later she comes running back at us saying she couldn’t find the sticker Anywhere! I made my daughter go back into the store and bring this lady her sticker! I’m not and Thief and my daughter isn’t a thief. I’ve always been happy and very willing to support local artists and have thrown down a good amount of money in support and even at this store. I just don’t like the way this...

Oh my goodness!!! I love the people here. I'm in texas and I emailed with a question one night as a last minute thought and the next morning I received a reply saying they were working on shipping but that they would get back to me soon if they could fulfill my inquiry. And the SAME day I was told they could! They were so nice and got back to me so quickly!!! They accommodated me by sending me an invoice and letting me make an order through email! I can not say enough nice things about them!!! They are amazing and I can't wait to explore their store more! 1000/10 totally recommend and I've even shared their page with my friends!! They truly are lifesavers to this niece that screwed up!

My fiance and I were Christnas shopping and decided to walk around Carytown to see if anything caught our eye. Initially, we went into Beasties to look at pet gifts for our three fur babies, but we also needed a gift for my fiance's mother. The sales representative who helped us was absolutely amazing! She could tell we were a little lost and as soon as she heard we need a gift for Mom she was able to point out two perfect gifts! She was so sweet and helpful, was able to get us a lovely box for both our gifts, let us leave our bags at the store to pick up later so we wouldn't have to shop with them, and gave us a detailed map of the Carytown to help us finish the rest of our shopping! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of products and the quality of customer service. We will definitely be returning...
