Despite the store being busier than I anticipated, the service team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was pleased to find a great deal on a new battery and appreciated the option to return my old one for a small refund, even though I hadn't originally purchased it there.

Services like battery testing, wiper blade installation, and check engine light testing are available, which adds to the convenience. Working with the other associate who was pleasant I ask if they can help (per our conversation the evening before) as I don’t have the 10-inch wrench, luis cuts in that no one can help since there’s no staff (no ones there) & you should be able to install this yourself. Condescension was prevalent throughout our two minute talk. I returned the $200 battery within a minute & asked if “there was someone else I could talk too?” Well the managers not available so I’m that! It’s clear Luis isn’t one. Read moreI went to this location this morning in the pouring rain. Needed windshield wiper blades. Took the recommendation from the salesman. Then can time to ask for assistance putting them on my car. Initially I was informed yes, them the manager said “no” it was raining “Dah “ and they had too many customers. I waited to ask the manager if I could possibly be assisted. She looked at a gentleman who asked what I needed. She said “ oh she wants us to put her wiper blades on” without any hesitation, Tyler( who I learned was a GM) walked to the back of the store, grabbed his raincoat and proceeded to assist me.
