I will start by saying I was glad to see that the previous manager had been replaced. My wife and I received good customer service from him but could not stand the fact that he always wore his pants halfway down showing his underwear. This was very unprofessional. Yesterday I arrived at this store at 8 knowing they didn’t open up till 9. I needed to get in and out quickly once they opened because I had to get to my step son’s school to sign him out for his therapy appointment. The whole hour I sat in front of that store the manager could obviously see me but did not come outside to see why I was there early or to find out the reason I was there. As soon as they opened I went inside. I started talking to the manager Tiffani feeling hopeful because they had a new manager. I told her my Yukons RR tire keeps going low. I let her know another shop I do business with replaced the valve stem already. The other shop agreed to make it right since the tire was still losing air. I told her all I needed was for someone to air up the low tire and check the other three. I’m unable to do simple tasks like these because of my breathing issues and being on oxygen. I waited longer than I felt like it should so I asked the manager what was taking so long? She replied her tech was in the process of leak checking the low tire. A service I didn’t ask for. A service I didn’t agree to. I reminded her that wasnt what I came in for and reminded her what I did ask for. She stormed off mad and I didn’t hear anything from her again. Then I sat a little bit more confused why it was taking so long to pull my vehicle around. I finally saw the tech that was working on my vehicle in the showroom. I asked him where my vehicle was? He replied next to the showroom where i couldnt see it. It wasn’t back out front where I parked it originally and nobody said it was ready to go. Overall bad experience from beginning to end. I ended up being later to my step sons school than I wanted to be. Thankfully even with all the chaos we arrived at his appointment on time…barely.

Read moreAwful experience here at R and R with Lance. I was across the street from them, had a flat, and called to see if they could help me. They sent a guy over, took my tire and rim, and called me saying my tire was too old. They couldn't work on it. But, they had a used tire that would fit my truck for $370. My truck is a 2000 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4. I told them that is the most expensive used tire that I had ever heard of!! This was right before Christmas, and I believe Lance was trying to make as much money as he could off me!! I could buy a brand new top of the line tire for less than $200, but he was trying to charge me $370 for 1 used tire. Crazy!! I explained to Lance how this is just not right, so he said he would take $100 off the price of the tire. It's still a huge price for 1 used tire! I ended up "renting" the tire from them and went down the street and bought 4 tires and had them installed for $250 the very next day.I just really hope they are not ripping people off like that every day! If I would have went along with his payment plan he had me sign up for, the 1 used tire would have cost me a little over $500, that's with their fees...
Read moreJust when I thought 'Good' customer service was dead I went to R&R Tire Express. So, my niece got a flat tire and she called me for help. It was a Saturday so most of the places to get used tires were closed. So, I started googling to see where we could find a cheap tire at and I came across R&R. I honestly thought it was going to be so expensive and they were going to try to sell me everything but the tire I needed. But wait... I got surprised. Not only was Lance super nice, helpful and knowledgeable but he was able get my niece 4 new tires with a very small down payment and weekly or biweekly payment arrangement. They worked with us so I know they will work with you too. I couldn't believe they were willing to put 4 brand new tires with just a small down payment and a payment arrangement. I don't know a place who understands that life happens and sometimes you don't have the money to pay for it but R&R Tire Express came through for us. Thanks again Lance for all your help. I guess Good Customer Service isn't dead...
