Got there at about 2am showed the desk clerk my license and military ID. He looked at it and said what's this...So no discount.. charged me $67.00 when it said on website that wouldn't work $43.00 Had my 2 kids and wife and we were tired. So I just paid it. Got to the nasty room which was the worst room I've ever stayed in. I've probably stayed in at least 100 hotels being ex military you stay in a lot of lower end motels and hotels but none as bad as this one. It should probably be shut down just for the amount of mold growing on ceiling and walls in bathroom but then I seen the bugs laying dead on floor and smashed on the walls. Looked like blood stains on floor burgers smeared on wall in bathroom and the sheets and blankets had burn marks on and stains one so bad we pulled it off completely and slept on pad.. wake up take showers go to get breakfast they said was hot breakfast only to find no juice only milk raisin brand and fruit loops 2 small muffins and an apple that it nothing else this was at 7 am they served from 6 amto 9. I would recommend you avoid this place at all cost we checked out about 5 minutes to 11 and left couple items but before we even backed up wife went back to room which they were already in as soon as we opened our door to retrieve them and the man wasn't going to let her in to look for them and of course she told him off went in...
Read moreTwo reasons for one star: bad quality rooms and scammy staff.
One, I was offered a room that smelled like someone smoked tobacco in there extensively. When I asked to be moved to another room, first the staff person on site told me there are no rooms. Then, after I asked for a refund, the staff person took me to another room that magically became avaliable. In the second room, it didn't smell like tobacco smoke, but had a strong odor of cheap men's perfume.
I agreed to the room, thinking I'd just vent it. However, after about 20 minutes of venting, the odor was still as strong.
Two, I asked the staff person for another room, but they said they didn't have any (for realsies this time). I asked for a refund, but they said that since my booking is non-refundable, they won't give me a refund. I explained that refundability refers to me changing my mind, not to lack of livable rooms in the hotel. They still refused.
I ended up going to another hotel later that night, having missed out on over an hour of sleep because of these shenanigans.
I will be filing a transaction dispute with my credit...
Read moreI booked my room on Expedia, and the office manager couldn't figure it out. I had a lot of trouble communicating with him because he barely spoke English. When I finally got into a room, it was dirty. The sheets had what looked like coffee poured all over them, and cigarette holes and poop stains on them. I went back to the office and asked for clean sheets, and they replaced them. Then, about 9 pm, what I assume is someone who works there knocked on my door and said the office manager needs you to come to the office with your credit card.... so I got dressed and went back to the office and had to prove yet again where I had already paid for the room. It was very irritating to have to deal with the incompetence of the staff there after working all day. I don't expect much for a cheap room, but I do expect it to be clean. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. There were loud people in the parking lot until 2 am. I think I would have slept better in my pickup truck at a rest area vs this place. I have it marked as don't...
