I found this place moving to Richmond for the first time. I had went and do Aaron's more items than they offered they had very little selection. I walked in looking for just a refrigerator and a stove after I seen a really nice TV that I had my eyes on on their website and when I say I was overwhelmingly surprised of the selection and quality of the selection this store has. I left one happy girl due to the general manager and the lovely lady had behind the counter they did everything in their power to show me around and provide excellent customer service which is really hard to find anymore. I left leaving with the sectional that I really wanted an amazing beautiful refrigerator and a stove and a 65 inch TV and he made sure that I got it on a day to get a deal. He was very informative an overall really good with my children as well which I tend to find is hard when I go into establishments they aren't really good with my kids they could care less about them but he was great. I highly recommend them and I would any day of the week tell people to shop here I don't know who picks the orders of items but they are beautiful and perfectly selected thank you guys for the amazing experience and I cannot wait to do business with you guys in the future. Loved that I received my refrigerator same day..but a lot of miscommunication, as I reached out to NewCastle store and I was told, they do not service my area, so called Muncie, and was just told they were short staffed and couldn’t get a delivery till later on in the week, but my refrigerator went out so I needed something quickly so I reached out to Richmond Where I got my refrigerator picked out got it delivered the same day. And then some miscommunication because I was told they would be there at 4 o’clock so I had what was in my freezer emptied because it still worked and they got there at 6 PM, but I was told that they were told just to deliver it this evening, not at a certain time. Okay so I was renting a skytech gaming pc from American rental on main I didn’t even have over 3 months yet the first day I had to reset it because it had a password on it and so I updated and installed every modern updates that needed and downloaded 1 game RuneScape small windows client then boom my game crashes not even 30mins being into the game so I try again the it wouldn’t come up then my pc went blue screen and crashed so I’ve been using it just to search for a job because I lost my monthly income n can’t pay for food house or this pc but I wouldn’t even pay or go back to American rentals cause of poor quality and customer service…. 1 worker there asked for my name and said bet in threatening manner in Richmond indiana American rental...
