After a frustrating encounter shopping online and getting a multi-day run around, I made a stop into this store location and was immediately assisted by E-Ra who was a genuinely helpful associate. After listening to my story and explanation of what I was looking for, She and the manager( as a owner ) set me up with the exact product, price, and delivery date I wanted with no hassle whatsoever. Read moreOlder Korean lady is really rude and makes her customers want to leave. She yelled at me for trying to take a photo of a sofa, which is unusual for a furniture store. Then she said we cannot sit on a sofa unless we are thinking of buying the sofa which is ridiculous. How on earth are we supposed to even consider purchasing a sofa if we can't feel the firmness of the sofa? Yet told us few weeks ago that we can't sit on the same sofa because she “sold it for cash.” The way she talks is rude and she's just on her phone playing audio out loud in front of us while following us. When I asked if I could take a picture so I can reference it later when choosing the furniture, she said we’re not allowed to.
Then when I asked for a price of the furniture, she said she can’t share that info unless I am purchasing it right at that moment. I also asked if she had stocks of the furniture, she said she can’t tell me unless I am paying for it right then.
We were so disappointed with her customer service. They just lost a potential customer who were very ready to purchase...
