I am a dasher and I had a very bad experience when picking up some food. The guy there questioned why I was so late . He raised his voice and talked to me like a little kid. He was very rude and reprimanded me like it was my fault, I had two orders for the same customer and he was aware of the times I was picking up his orders. He would have asked me first what happened but his attitude was unacceptable. He claimed he was going to get a bad review by the customer for the lateness but customer was okay with I was doing. He probably was frustrated because the place was empty and he had no other orders to prepare and blamed it on me. Plus, I am a lady and he just should not had talked to me the way he did. I had never tried his food but with people like this rude and disrespectful, I never will. I also notified the customer and DoorDash support and I will never accept another order from this restaurant. Besides , I had taken a couple of orders from there before and when I got there on time and food was not ready! I was in sick when he started talking to me like that and tried to explain myself but now that I think better, he was a jerk. That was a bad experience! I have no idea why they claimed the customer was going to get the food in 45 minutes when the costumer got it in less than 5 minutes. It is clear that customer service is their priority but clearly treating human being with respect is not! All I am saying is that there was no need to be that rude and it does not hurt to ask first. The costumer was very pleased with my delivery service and at the end of the day, that is also the only thing that matters to me! I just wanted to share my experience so that others know how they treat people. Hopefully, they treat delivery drivers respectfully and fairly next time. My experience at this establishment was not very good, but got the job done in terms of filling me up. The burger was pretty big, but it was a bit overdone and did not come with any fries. For that price, a burger really should come with french fries or some kind of garnish. The burger was not really juicy and just really dry, however I can not really complain too much on that because there was not an option to choose how I wanted it cooked through the uber eats app, I probably could have edited through the notes but that is on me. The philly cheesesteak sandwich was alright; not really packed with much flavor and a bit dry as well. Overall, the star of the show was the ham and cheese empanada which was a little bit upsetting since it was the smallest dish and an appetizer. The cheese was really nice and it had a generous portion of ham as well. Personally, I would not order from here again as there are cheaper options nearby with better burgers and sandwiches. If I were to recommend something, it would definitely be something else on the menu besides the sandwiches that I tried.
