I went in on the 15th of November and purchased a vape. I returned it on the 27th because it stopped working. I went in and spoke to the gentleman and he refused to return it or even exchange it. He said there was a 7-Day return policy. But if you look in that store there is nowhere in that store where it states anything about a 7-Day policy. But if you look on the counter there's a little piece of paper that you and I both know nobody ever really could see it. He would not even exchange it, then lied to me and tried to tell me that they never had a New York number, but I know that's untrue because when they opened up in July that's exactly the number they have because I spoke to the gentleman, he was from new york. And it was a New York number. It just upsets me when people come into our local areas take over our local businesses, jack up the prices , and treat us like we're ignorant people. Read moreI really like the wide selection, the workers are kind too, but more often than not I don’t get the chance to even shop in-store because the door is locked and the store is closed during regular hours. I have shown up at 12pm, 9:15am, and even at 3pm only to find that I wasted my gas and time waiting because the store is closed for whatever reason. It would be nice to have a sign on the door, a website or something notifying your customers when you will return or if your just closed for the day, so you don’t have a bad review...
