This place is very ignorant and lack customer service skills..I put my order in waited in the drive through line only to be told that they didn't receive my order. I looked for my confirmation number and sent my phone through and showed them my order went through he said he didn't re give it and that I would have to pull out and reorder and get back to the back of the line do I pulled over and walked inside the girl at the counter had no clue what was going on ask if I needed a menu at this point I had two orders in because I was told they were out of my other order then they came with both orders and had to call a manager over taking up more of my time I only ordered an either I said if it's this complicated I'll ho yo the other dispensary she said OK feel free so that's what I did. When I hot home I called and ask to speak to a manager the girl on the phone was not a manager she was the one at the drive through window when I first went through I was told management wasn't available I did talk yo someone else no clue at this point if it was just another employee or actually manager so that phone call was the same poor customer service I should not of had to deal with any of this when I only ordered a eighth and I did my part showed my confirmation number this wasn't my fault and I'll continue to use the other dispensary from now on I don't have time I. Read moreI've been to numerous dispensaries across the country. This is the only one I've had a bad experience at. Placed an order online. Received an email stating the order was ready for pickup. Waited in their pre-order pickup drive thru line for an hour only to be told, "You're supposed to go inside first. Our inside just closed so come back tomorrow." What's the point of having online ordering and a drive thru pick up if you have to get out of your vehicle and go inside first? This should be explained on their website or in the order confirmation email. Maybe have a sign posted to let customers know they must go inside first? Also, the drive thru line goes through a busy shopping plaza. Customers for the other businesses are blocked in or out of the parking spaces by the dispensary drive thru traffic. They were beeping and yelling at the dispensary customers to get out of the way, only you can't because you're stuck in the line and can't back up or pull forward. I just wanted to get my medication and relieve some stress, but this entire situation only caused more stress and anxiety. Then I couldn't even get my medication! Worst experience ever at a dispensary. Would leave zero stars if it was an option. I ended up going up the street to the Apothacarium Dispensary and was in and out in 15 minutes with no hassle. Read moreSo I just went into the shop we are traveling from Virginia to West Virginia and we stopped along the way to get a couple pre-rolls and a vape. The store is really nice and the staff was very friendly but they got my order wrong. I had stated in the beginning to him that we were traveling and I did not have a pipe or anything to smoke from so I wanted pre-rolls and a vape. Instead of the five pre rolls They gave me a very expensive 3.5 g of flower .The difference was about $25. It was their mistake, the person that helped me input the wrong product, admitted it to it and they still would not make the exchange. Manager told me that they are supposed to go over and show you once the order comes from the back office. But he did not do this, he just simply scanned the three things I bought and put them in a brown paper bag. I paid and that was it. I did not realize they had messed up until I got in the car. Their solution was to give me a very cheap glass bowl so that I could smoke the weed that they had given to me instead of what I ordered. Total bs.
