Clayton has no understanding of customer service. I made 2 mistakes today. The first was buying from this store the second was grabbing bold tobacco instead of Turkish blend. Realizing my mistake as I put the bag in the car, not even turning my car on. I humbly approach the counter and am told I can not switch our the same priced items even though I have not left the property. I return to the car after being scolded like a child. My wife (she hates the bold tobacco) tries to explain her position but before she can get a word out. Hot dog Clayton is screaming rules are rules, my wife tries another sentence asking "why are you yelling at me I'm being calm" to which he again yells RULES ARE RULES. I have purchased 3 machines, countless glass pipes, and a weekly trip to get tobacco and tubes. I have heard about bad customer service from here before but this is the last straw. Is the "value" here at the cost of the customers dignity. I know myself nor my friends or family will be back until...

So as I walk in on the phone with my mother, I am looking at the different flavors of Hyde’s. I wanted to get something different this time, as I always get the same flavor. She proceeds to tell me “this is a business we don’t have time to wait on your phone call.” Me as confused as ever let’s her know I was browsing the flavors they have, then she proceeds to let one more guy in, telling me I have to leave. So I hang up the phone (which was not holding anyone back, I was browsing flavors) & continue to try to read the flavors, then she insisted i HAVE to leave that I am no longer welcome. Very rude & disrespectful. I don’t know her name, but I would not want someone that acts like her working for my company. I am a faithful customer, as I am there every other day getting a Hyde. She should be fired for treating people with such hate. I’m very disappointed....

Share my experience..are you sure?? When you go to walk in the store there's this huge step first overlaying the deck no sign to inform people to step up. Second yes I tripped over that step and tried to catch myself but I fell to my knees nice bruise by the way and scratched my arm up landing. Third and most importantly three women working two came from the back after it had happened watched me pick myself up and the third on the right side of the store where they sell extras. Not one of the women asked me if I was alright. The older lady that waited on me attitude the whole way...
