Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rincon

I just went to the Taco bell. The, I want to say manager as he had a collared shirt on, Wea quite rude to the staff. I ordered and it took a bit longer then usual no biggie as I know sometimes things happen. What I did not like is when i got to the register and he was standing there with a blonde lady, he slammed the window closed and grumped at her saying something like, " Do not back away from me do your job." Now his voice and body language was horrid he kept waving his hands in front of her telling her where to move back and forth, I do not know if she was new or not but she looked VERY confused and freaked out. He kept waving his hands before her as if exasperated and angry. That body language and attitude is just not right. Then he Plastered on a fake smile and voice opening the window like I did not just see that all with a " Hi How are you it will be .." then took my card gave it to her rudely and went along making a huff. Luckily she noticed he did not pull out my right sauce and gave me the sauces I asked for and I gave her a look of I am soo sorry and are you kidding me with him. Being treated that way at work is not OK and should not be tolerated. I know staffing is short but having a manager like this will only drive employees out the door with more speed. DO BETTER!!!!! Not sure why we still come here we rarely do so we probably forget the issues this place has. Orders are usually wrong there is nobody at the counter so you have to use the kiosk. But when you modify the items they don't make the changes like I ordered a nacho fries deluxe box with no tomatoes on the chalupa and added jalapeños sauce for extra cost. Well it still had tomatoes and no sauce plus all items were half cold half warm and the fries have obviously been sitting out at they were stale and cold but the cheese was steaming. Of course there is nobody to complain to cause they are all in the back laughing and talking about what they did last night. The other items we ordered that were modified were not, they came as they normally would but not gonna list each one and I get it's taco bell and it's cheaper than most other places around here they take you get what you pay for seriously and also don't get what you pay for at the same time. 32 dollars is not bad for 3 people but could have been better spent elsewhere. Worst Taco bell I've ever been to. To be fair, I gave this place 3 tries before Ieavimg this review in the hopes they were just having a bad day or a bad shift. Nope, they were 3 for 3 for rhe worst taco bell proportions of any taco bell I've ever been in. And my family and I have been loyal taco bell supporters for over 30 years because historically it was one of the only fast food places you could get vegetarian options and half our family is vegetarian. The third visit, the kid at the drive through messed up my husband's order and then told him he'd have to go though the drive again to order the correction that was his mistake. The pic says it all - that is supposed to be a taco supreme. We ordered 6 - they all look that pathetic. This taco bell would not survive if it was in any town with another taco bell.
