The Ice Cream Stop — Restaurant in Georgia

I can’t say enough good things about this place — hands down the best ice cream shop I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every staff member was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do.

But what really impressed me beyond the amazing ice cream (which is absolutely phenomenal — rich, creamy, and packed with flavor) was how spotless the entire store was. I happened to stop by while they were doing a full store cleaning, and wow — I’ve never seen such attention to detail. Floors, counters, equipment — everything was gleaming. It’s clear they take pride not just in their product, but in the entire experience.

We are regular patrons at the Ice Cream Stop in Bluffton, which we find terrific all the way around and inside the store. We happened up on the Rincon Ice Cream Stop found the ice cream was great the staff seemed almost to be in a panic but the still were pleasant and proficient but our reason for not giving a five star review is because the store was chaotic. It was not clear where the line started and ended and there were some rude folks who instead of trying to respect those already in the store waiting for assistance well they just kind of bolstered their way to the counter and ordered not embarrassed at all for cutting in front of all who were waiting. Signage or a barrier for direction could help...

Our family's favorite ice cream place. We mostly go to the one in Pooler as part of our shopping trip even though this Rincon location is closer to us. Both are good 👍

They have very many varieties. Banana split 🍌, Mint chip 🍫 and strawberry 🍓 are our favorites.
