Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Rincon

Fresh food. Great customer service. Helpful.

The food was good, as it always is. No complaints about that at all!!! The service from the young lady was nothing I'd ever expect nor have ever experienced at a Chic Fil A. The young girl and her coworker were talking in the drice through, across the lanes from one another. No big deal. There were no other cars in line at that moment, besides me. The other girl came over to finish talking the the young lady taking my order. The young lady who took my order had asked for my name and I told her. When the girl came over accept my payment, she asked if I had credit to use on my app. She asked for my name and I told her. Thats when she addressed the young lady who took my order. She totally got my name wrong, and didn't care. Her response " well I thought she said Wadell hahaha ". Again, no big deal. I'm sure they're in high school. What got me was the conversation they had after I paid. As I sat there for about a minute, they carried on a conversation about a coworker passing out and an ambulance coming to get them. Then proceeded to say, " Oh she pulled a ( insert girls name ). It's always something with her. " Now, granted I do not know these young ladies nor would I be able to recognize them, however they also do not know who the family or friends of the young lady they were mentioning, are. They truly could have cared less. Again, I know they're young and this is probably their first job, however they should still be respectful in front...

Overall i would give this location 5 stars, HOWEVER, there is a girl who works the drive thru that has NO customer service what so ever. Just sat in line for a good 30-40 mins waiting on my order. Get to the area where they give you your food and was about in the middle of that area. I was texting my husband because he had just gotten home with my son and I was checking on him because he got hit in the nose with a baseball at practice and it was pretty bad... I guess she didn’t think I’d hear her, but she was VERY rude about the distance I was from the car in front of me (which I was purposely leaving space so that I could get out should I get my food before the people in front of me,... because there were cars getting food out of order!!!) Her exact words were “I’m gonna need you to get off the phone” to her other co workers, not even directly to me!!!!!!!! And it was a nasty tone AND Im almost positive this girl is a manager at that!!! It would have been MUCH more professional to simply ask me to move up if it was bothering her that badly! This is not the first time I’ve witnessed this girl being rude! This is NOT what I expect from a Chic Fil A! This is a pretty disappointing Chick-Fil-A. They have been open almost 7 months and still can’t get it together. Chick-Fil-A is the only “fast food” that my family eats. Most of the employees at the cash registers (NOT ALL OF THEM) make it obvious that they don’t want to be there. They aren’t welcoming or friendly. Sometimes, I have to make sure that I didn’t accidentally end up at McDonalds because of the rudeness. And almost every single time I go, my order is incorrect, or I’m missing something. Today, we went through the drive thru. All we ordered was a large fry, medium fry and medium drink. Not hard at all. We paid extra money for extra fries in the large one. I kid you not, I got more fries in my medium container than my husband did in his large container. I am absolutely sick of it. I have already called corporate twice about it. Living in 5 different states, this is the worst Chick-Fil-A that I have ever been in, and I don’t think that I will be supporting it anymore.
