DO NOT USE THIS STORE! We went in to the store in May because one of our phones was not working and we were not eligible for upgrade until July. We were told that we could use the EDGE program to upgrade early with no charges even though one of the phones was not working. The phone was not damaged, just basically dead. This issue was discussed extensively with our salesperson Scott. We then upgraded both of our phones, purchased an additional phone for our son, added a line and 6 GB of data as well as all the accessories. Once we received our new phones, I returned the old ones as requested. I now have a $299 charge on my bill for the phone that was not working. I have contacted the store and Verizon customer service, NO HELP. Scott at the store said he would check on it and I have not heard a peep from him, Verizon customer service sent me back to the store for help. I stopped in the store yesterday, but Scott was too busy to help me and the Manager was not in. I guess once you give your customer false information to make a sale and get your commission the customer no longer matters. GIVING A CUSTOMER FALSE INFORMATION TO GET THEM TO MAKE A PURCHASE IS FRAUD! Even if Scott was unintentionally incorrect, the store still needs to stand behind their...

Olivia was so patient with me and was so friendly and was very knowledgeable and had great patience and a great multitasker! Olivia did an amazing job! The other girl there, sorry I didnât get her name, was super nice and funny and super smart too! They were super friendly and I will definitely be going there again! I have had bad experience at Stillwater and Hudson and New Richmond but at River Falls I had no bad experiences. I didnât feel judged based on how many apps or photos I have or anything like my past experience at other stores. Others reps at other location were pushing me to buy a bunch of things on top of the things I need and Olivia didnât and it made me so happy! Overall great...
