Bought a Consuela purse online from the store. This purse was purchased as a brand new piece of merchandise. I received it in a Box without plastic. Took the purse out it was stained and ripped on the bottom. Called only to see what happened and basically was told that they were not at fault for anything and that I could return it, but I had to pay for return shipping. This is totally unacceptable.
