Visited Culver’s in Crystal City today and, as always, I was reminded why this chain stands out. I opted for the mushroom and swiss value basket and it was nothing short of perfection. The food was fresh, hot, flavorful, and impeccably prepared, a consistent trait I’ve observed in all my visits to Culver’s.
Though some might find the wait times slightly longer compared to other fast-food joints, I believe quality requires time. My order was ready in about 10 minutes, a small price to pay for such high-quality fare.
The restaurant’s cleanliness, especially being a new store, was top-notch. Sparkling glass doors, a spotless order counter, and a dining area that looked both inviting and tidy. Though I didn’t visit the restrooms, the overall ambiance radiated cleanliness.
Service? Stellar! Colton at the order counter greeted us with genuine politeness and our entire ordering process was smooth with zero issues. Plus, the accuracy of our order was spot-on.
Speaking of value for money, we spent about $36 in total. Considering the delicious variety – from the Garden Fresco Salad with Culver’s vinaigrette and onion rings to the Chili Supreme and the later indulgence in concrete and custard – every penny felt well spent.
Lastly, consistency is key and Culver’s nails it every time. Be it this store or any other, there’s a standard of quality, cleanliness, and service that I believe is fostered by the dedication of both corporate and franchise owners.
In summary, if you’re looking for a premium fast-food experience with a touch of heart, Culver’s in Crystal City is the place to be. Highly...
Read moreGive tall brown hair brown eyes Cody a raise. If he is being payed anything less than 20$ an hour, you are paying him pretty tastelessly and I would be embarrassed to know it for the amount of care and dedication he gives your location, as a good worker should. He is one of your absolute best teammates, a true asset to your franchise. When I, a complete stranger who typically never steps food in fast food establishments, was out for dinner with my elderly family, he provided outstanding, respectful, disciplined, kind, compassionate service that touched my heart. He has character that will take him far. He did not become frustrated with my questions, but instead answered them thoroughly in a kind, gentle, and patient manner, and continued to demonstrate true service as the evening continued, and that is hard to find. Do right by him...
Read moreThis four is based on prior experiences and not my most recent one. This place has been consistent on good food and friendly people. That being said, order times and accuracy leave a lot to be desired. We were forgotten in the drive thru line twice and after 40 minutes and 30 minutes respectively we ended with our food having to be remade. The most recent experience however, we encountered a cashier who was polite, but clearly struggling. The person who delivered our food did not bring the kids scoops. When we let her know she told us we'd "have to wait in line and re-order them." We were late for an event and had to take the L on the situation. Everyone has a learning curve and I'm happy to go through the pains of new coworkers learning, but poor attitudes can bring a whole...
