Cafe Hot Wing — Restaurant in Georgia

Today, I called in an order for a 20 piece hot/lemon pepper combined to the location on Hwy 85 in Riverdale, Georgia. The girl that took the order appeared to be new because she kept having to verify things with someone else during the process; however she was very pleasant and even took the time to repeat the order to me. I then sent one of my employees to pick up the order but when he returned with the wings, they were incorrect. I immediately called the store and asked for a manager. After being hung up on (while being on hold for 5 minutes) and calling back to the store again (while being placed on hold AGAIN), I finally spoke with a manager, who initially appeared very pleasant in the beginning and she was asking the cook as well as the young lady questions trying to determine who was at fault. But then she said to me that they have signs posted informing customers to check their order prior to leaving. I was like ok but why should I be held accountable for your employee's mistake. She then became very rude and loud and even yelled at me and eventually hung up on me. I will NEVER do business with this...

This place is under new management. I ordered wings on Saturday, August 5, 2023. Majority of my wings in which I had to throw away, were cooked with frost bites, having a boyfriend who is a chef it was very well noticeable. I called and talked with management in which she stated the wings were cooked with soy oil and they look like that because they were not cooked crispy. I laughed because at this point, the information was truly false because some of the wings were okay. Placed an order on Uber eats, 50 piece wing and family fry, with notes about the wing flavors. Received the order, wings were plain all 50 and no fries. I had to leave my home to return the order. Once order was returned Merchant used the same wings that I returned and sauced them after I specifically asked were they going to be fresh. I also received a half box of fries for my family fry. This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. I will not be spending my money here. Wings Plus a little up the road is much better and JR Crickets is a little pricey...
