You know what’s crazy 🤔 ordering food through the subway app and being a time to expect the food to be ready. Paying for it through the app because it doesn’t give the option to pay in person. The. Going to pick up the food to see what’s going on because the tracker never updated and no one is answering the phone. So I get to subway and it’s closed 🤦🏽♀️. I was charged for a meal I never received. I check the hours on the door and it didn’t show any changes. I even looked for a note to be posted on the door saying it was closed for the day, or that someone will be back soon. I don’t eat subway often. I’ve have too many bad experiences with dry or over toasted bread 🤦🏽♀️ not from this location as of yet. This definitely got me upset and nervous about preordering food. I trained working here for two days, and they paid me cash under the table without taking out taxes, I was NOT put on their insurance or paperwork, and I never filled out emergency contact info or a job application; If I had burnt myself or passed out they would not have known who to call!
On top of all that, they said they would train me for two weeks and they did not. They told me they were figuring out my work schedule and then the next time I talked to them, it was a fellow employee who told me, "Sorry, but we won't need you any more because you aren't fast enough." She called the store and ask what could she do, Judy or whomever, claimed she has to wait till the following day for a remake or refund of her purchase. We went to the store and ask could her sandwich be remade. Once approaching Judy turned her back as to not wanting to assist us and demanded we wait till the next day. She was very rude on handling the situation. We returned the WHOLE sandwich and receipt and simply asked could it be remade.
