American Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

I’m very frustrated with the way this store handles customer service—specifically phone calls. I’ve called more than 13 times in a row without anyone picking up. Eventually, I went to the store in person and, while standing inside, I called again. I could hear the phone ringing, and I saw that the employees were not busy at all—they simply chose to ignore the calls.

When I asked about it, one of the employees claimed they were "busy," even though that clearly wasn’t the case. It honestly feels like they ignore the phone on purpose, which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers trying to get help.

Having a phone line but intentionally choosing not to answer it—even when there’s nothing else going on—shows a serious lack of care and customer service. I hope this issue is taken seriously...

🤬😡😤I have ordered the same each time with no problem but today I sent my daughter to get the same order as I always get it but this time they told her that they dont sell the meal the way I always get it. I wanted a philly cheese steak fully loaded with 6 fried shrimp on the side. The man taking the order told my daughter that it wasnt served that way and that it was extra...my daughter told him to fry them and put them on the side although it was 4 shrimp instead of the usual 6 because he said it was extra all of a sudden and when she got the order it was 4 steamed shrimp and they were place on my philly steak....why? Next time I will be sure to tell them about themselves and make sure my order is right....that's if I go...

As long as I can remember a sandwich combo included fries and a drink. Because you add wings it does not take away the fries nor should you have to pay extra for fries when you have already ordered a combo. I was told by the manager at this location that I have to pay extra for fries even though I had already ordered a combo with wings. People please stop falling for the banana in the tail pipe because they think you are stupid. I don't care what you add to your order, if you ordered a sandwich combo it comes with fries and a drink. Wake up people, stop letting people just tell you anything and get away with it. They have no respect for you. Spend your hard earned money where you are respected and...
