About six years ago, I was pressured into buying their most expensive Mini Grand, by one of their workers who refused to order in a cheaper piano model from that piano builder -- he doesn't work there anymore. Called the store tonight, asking for a list of 'Piano Tuners' because my piano NEEDs it's first 'Free Tuning' from buying through them -- (all the other previous Tuners have fallen through). Don't care if it was the 2nd day after the holiday, Thanksgiving. Dan said he was going to get the phone number of one of the Tuners for me, and he didn't come back to talk to me -- He Left me on hold for 30 minutes, which i consider to be very rude ! Eventually I hung up, after that, my patience with Dan had 'ran away'. Tried calling back three times, and none of the extensions were answered by anyone, and i had called an hour before Closing Time. Not good for them. One star, i believe, is my...

I have been playing the piano for a little over 30 years. The entire time I have had instruments that were between 90 and 138 years old. Recently, I was pleasantly surprised when my wife suggested that it was time to upgrade to a digital piano. I have sat in front of a digital piano before, so I thought I knew what I wanted it needed in one. How wrong was I! The selection was dizzying, and I was so grateful when an associate came up to assist me.

The associate is called Clay, and he is a virtual encyclopedia of everything keyboard. Clay was able to ask many questions to ascertain what my needs were and helped me settle on the MOST AWESOME digital piano, and at an extremely affordable price might I add!

I love the Piano Gallery, i've been going to the Riverdale Location for years. I have always had my eye on the Yamaha Clavinovas and dreamed of owning one. Because they offered such large discounts and zero percent financing I was finally able to purchase my dream piano. When I went in to inquire about the particular piano I was interested in, I was given assistance by Jack Broadbent. He was knowledgeable and helpful in describing all the features of the various models and took the time to answer all my questions. I filled out the application for financing and was told the day of that I had qualified, the next day I went in to pick up my piano.
