Its sad to see what people have become over this whole thing that society is going through, and have to take my business else where is deeply concerning, I have been doing business at this company since the early 80's and I'm sad that it has come to this, as for Tandy Leathers response over the actions of an employee telling me to take my business else where because of a health condition that I'm unable to wear a mask and asked to stand outside in 30 degree weather is not just wrong, it is unacceptable. Mask fine, no mask fine, but you should not do business with a company who would dare tell customer's to wear a mask, or stand outside in 30 degree weather with no regard to a persons health conditions. This is a very small store. I went in to look for a specific kind of leather, and the two young women who were busy talking at the cash register couldn’t be bothered to offer any kind of customer service. What little leather there was on the tables was not identified with the typical signs and prices, so there was no help there. While I walked around the store, another customer waited at the register for the young ladies to acknowledge her and ring her up. I walked out of the store, again unacknowledged. This was such a dramatic departure from all my previous experiences with excellent customer service at Tandy in other states. I shop this location routinely to supply my home business. They are always courteous and more than willing to help out where they can.

It should be noted however, they are NOT a repair business. They sell leather and leather craft supplies. That is their primary business and must function under the corporate policies of Tandy Leather. Fixing or putting holes in your belt are not part of their employment or function within their company.
