I came to pick up an online order for two original chicken sandwiches and on arrival I was told they could not fulfill my order because they were missing supplies. I was told I could replace the sandwiches with another item on the menu. We decided to choose two different sandwiches and they said we could not choose those as they cost more than what we ordered. Cost more?! The whole reason I am making an adjustment to my order was because the location didn't have the items in the first place. Read moreI had the worst experience at this burger king. They don't know how to use the coupons issued. They have no idea how to read a coupon and when management steps in they only make it worst. I will never visit this location again. Why do I have to argue with you when I hand you a coupon and you try to charge me double. Just the worst customer experience ever at a fast food restaurant.
