If I could give a negative star I would . I will never come here again. We looked up how late they were open and it said 12am . We drove 35 minutes just to end up seeing they are closed . They should update there website if there gonna close early . Also prior to this We had bought something there and it was unopened and on the policy it states that it can be returned but they refused to let us return it even after I talked to corporate and they said that they should let us Return it but they never did . The managers are rude and the sales associates don't greet you either. We were in the store before and they ignored us at least 30 minutes before approaching us. Don't shop here . Waste of...

Horrible customer service as soon as I walked in I was asked for my ID ?? Super weird, I was with a friend and she didn’t have any on her and told what I think was a manager a white lady with tattoos all over if she was able to show her it through her cell phone she said no had to be a physical id so we both walked out, the lady was super rude and had a horrible attitude we left and went to another boutique down the street glad we did cus I was not about to give my money to them this other boutique called ”lovers” had amazing customer service was greeted as soon as we walked in they had great selection and reasonable pricing definitely Recommend it. I’ve been coming here for a while never had the need to return or exchange something until yesterday. Receipt and box everything brand new I bought as a gift aug 2. Try exchanging yesterday it hasn’t been two weeks never used simply defective when I gave it as a gift. A pair of shoes. The plastic on bottom was completely off. Assistant manager saw shoe was never even worn once and still said it’s not in our system anymore. I wasn’t asking for money but when a product is defective you just can say oh well your problem now.
