Frostbites Crepes & Frozen Delights — Restaurant in Riverside

I went in to this establishment today around 1pm it was my second time and the first time I had such a great experience. I ordered a cinnamon crepe with vanilla ice cream a coffee and a small strawberry sorbet I paid went and sat down my daughter picked up the coffee and crepe with the strawberry sorbet but never got my vanilla ice cream which I repeatedly asked for to be put on the side. So my daughter went to ask for it and another lady with literally yellow hair and sharpie like eyebrows said oh no it doesn’t come with it. So I went to the counter area and told her I didn’t ask if it came with nor ask about price when I ordered, to which she replied if you want it you need to pay regular price $4 something. I grabbed what she gave me and took it back to the counter and told her she could have it didn’t ask for a refund Dear owner I wish I can get a number or email so I can communicate with you about this incident I really like your products and it’s sad that because of one bad employee you will lose business this lady is rude I felt humiliated infront of all the other customers around me she made me feel the smallest person on earth. I love the ice cream!!!the customer service it’s always great they take time with each group to make sure they choose the ice cream that they like my main concern and the reason of my low stars is that it’s been 3 times I been in this location and I’ve seen Roaches walking around the walls the counters and even in the sprinkles section( reason I never get sprinkles)and the first time I saw them I told one of the employees and just said thank you for letting me know. but then thinking they were going to take care of the situation next time I went I saw the same problem and was watching how one of them was crawling on the wall and a employee cleaning with a rag saw it turn around look at us and ignore it I would of prefer her smashing it with the rag then just letting it go away. It might sound weird me coming back to this place but like I said I like the ice cream here and guessing that inside the fridge where cold is this nasty critters dont stay there but who knows everytime I come here I spend 30 to 45 dollars and the punching card it’s great idea but my husband never eats from here he thinks I’m crazy for still buying from here sorry for the review but I hope you guys can take care of...

This is flat out one of the best cold desert places I've been too (as someone who loves shaved ice and occasionally ice cream). I haven't been to a place where you customize an Italian ice-sorbet soft serve combination. They have 16 flavors that some are in rotation (my favorites are the blood orange, taro, and strawberry lemonade (not in combination though)). The flavors are strong enough to not get muted out by the rich frozen custard but work very well with each other. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they always give suggestions and samples for you to figure out what you like before you decide to order. I came here with my friends once and my girlfriend twice, and I've been trying to introduce this place to everyone i know. The prices are very very reasonable for how much you're getting with such variety, they let you mix any flavors you'd like. This is the closest I'll get to a sweet treat addiction here...
