Honestly if I could give negative stars I would ,'m not sure if it's because the area around the time I'm on is starting to get very much Tyler mall gives run down vibes or that the people in Riverside county are so close-minded that a black person couldn't possibly have been educated or have any creditivity or anything of value to contribute to society but the fact that I waited so long for two measly poster prints that should really take less than 24 hours like we are the hell are you shipping from. But what really is most offensive is the fact that these employees will tell you anything and straight up lie to your face and I'm not sure whose idea it was someone pretend to ask me if I knew anyone that was hiring anything that could sell him drugs ... I'm absolutely dumbfounded that we made it to the year 2025 and Riverside county is still profiled and not even good at it like come on just because you guys don't know any black people who are creative and understands and has fashion sense without just assuming Daniel affiliation or drugs really tells me that we are moving backwards in this society I'm 100% sure that they didn't believe any of the artwork I was having turn into posters is actually something that i created but these are the reasons you all will be working for Amazon shortly. I would like to remind everyone that Carmen courtesy is free and what goes around...
Read moreI called to ask if this location had an item in stock (posca paint pen size 1M in grey), and was told yes. Since three other locations I called did not have it in stock, I asked them to double check the color and size and she insisted she had it. I asked if she could put it on hold for me, and she took my name and did so. When I arrived, it was NOT the item I asked for and described. It was a different color (silver, not grey), and she had lied about double checking it. I was polite despite being upset, having driven over an hour to get to this location and wasting gas to do so. The cashier then told me “If you get mad at me, I will kick you out.” I was upset but being calm and extremely polite. So being threatened on top of that was extremely inappropriate. Luckily, we found one left of the color I needed and I was able to purchase it and leave. But being lied to and then threatened when I was understandably upset by this, AND i was being calm and polite despite it all… I am just absolutely floored. That was so so so inappropriate.
Edit: Turns out it was the store manager Amber who said this to me. She lied on the phone and claimed she never said that so I am escalating it to the...
Read morePretty disappointing! Went in looking for help and could not find any. No one to assist or direct me to anything or any area.
The place is cavernous and difficult to navigate. I wasted a lot of precious time hunting all over the place for crafts materials they didn't even have here in the first place.
Am displeased with this Michaels because they did not make themselves available to help a paying customer. I thought that was what store employees did.
But hey who am I?! Just a person coming into your establishment to spend my hard earned dollars is all.
On the way out I went by one of the check out or sales counters and asked a girl who works there if they carried the things I was hoping to buy. She informed me that they did not.
Now if the employees here had all been busy helping other customers l would understand. But they weren't even visible!
Michaels use to be such a nice place to go and buy little goodies and get things for crafts projects. They were so helpful.
Well folks it appears that that's a thing of the past now. I only recommend that you come to this place if you like being ignored and not helped to find...
