However, as we began to browse, two sales representatives approached us and asked a few questions about why we were there and which school my daughter attended. While I appreciated their interest, I was surprised to learn that there was a limit on trying on dresses—only two per customer. Honestly, I was quite taken aback. This policy made my family and me feel uncomfortable, especially since we were excited to find the perfect dress. When I inquired about speaking to the owner, I was informed that he was in the hospital, which was understandable but still disappointing. I mentioned that this policy might deter potential customers. After all, what if the styles we wanted didn’t work for her? Or if we wanted to explore more options? It would be beneficial for the store to focus on creating a welcoming experience without making customers feel judged. We genuinely wanted to make a purchase, but we left feeling let down after just a few minutes in the store. If you’re searching for formal wear for events like weddings, proms, or other special occasions, I would recommend considering other businesses that might offer a more customer-friendly experience.

I am writing this review to express my significant frustration with the service I received from this business. I purchased a dress on August 16th and was informed that the alterations would take approximately one week. After the initial deadline passed, I made several calls to check on the status of my order: August 26th: I was told the dress would be ready by August 29th. August 30th: Staff informed me that they did not know where my dress was and promised a callback that never came. September 2nd: I was given a third pickup date of September 5th. I was also told that a manager would not be available until September 4th. The situation escalated when I requested a refund. At that point, the staff member suddenly claimed the dress would be ready for pickup at 5 p.m. on September 2nd. When I arrived at 5:15 p.m., I still had to wait for the seamstress to deliver the dress. The repeated delays, broken promises, and lack of communication were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business for alterations.

Huge selection of dresses for all types of occasions, very well organized. Wasn’t not helped by anyone. I was not in the store for long, did not see one dress for under $200 and there are dresses for similar and better quality at other stores for much less. Would recommend for selection but not price.

Huge selection of dresses for all types of occasions, very well organized. Wasn’t not helped by anyone. I was not in the store for long, did not see one dress for under $200 and there are dresses for similar and better quality at other stores for much less. Would recommend for selection but not price.

Oh my God the worst place that you can go and buy anything they are money hungry and they do not give you what you order they give you what they have even though you pay for alteration and you pay for a custom-made dress they’ll give you something that they had in the store and say we did this and that just to get your money please go to a regular store with better quality and better manner , The worst one is the owner who hangups on a customer when the customer is trying to get questions about the dress originally ordered. Please get away from this business if you don’t wanna get burned because you’ll never get what you order never. If it was a negative star...
