Cinnabon — Restaurant in Riverside

I can't stand the customer service here. I don't know where these reviews get " great service " from but it's such a disappointment. The buns are borderline raw and the manager or the lead is always having such a miserable look on her face. She can't even smile or acknowledge that you are there. Every time I say ." Thank you" she just doesn't make eye contact and the slightest " Uh huh" comes out. Terrible. How did this place hire such a miserable a$$ person to work at a great bun place. Very disappointing — closing time was at 6pm and we got in line at 5:25pm (there were about 20 other people in line ahead of me). Workers were already cleaning when I got in line. At 5:30pm, a worker announced that they were no longer baking and the only item available for purchase was some type of cinnamon donut hole.

If you want a taste of heaven go here! Don't forget to ask for extra frosting. The buns are always fresh and they serve you quickly. There is a nice seating area to eat your dessert.
