I have purchased many diamonds over the past 32 years, and I wanted something specific with this purchase. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Eric who listened carefully as to what I was looking for. Angela heard my conversation and joined in to help me with what I would call the largest purchase I have made in a jewelry store at one time. We spoke in detail about specific sizes and cuts to match what I was envisioning. Eric was fully engaged with my wants and explained to me that he could get me exactly what I wanted but he would need to work with someone that was based in New York. Angela began showing me several ways to design the purchase and set an appointment for me to return with several individual diamonds for me to choose from. The big day came and when I walked in to see the diamonds I was blown away at the brilliance in the Diamond I chose. Angela and Eric had done everything they promised they would. They had a selection of settings waiting for me with the additional pieces available for the jeweler to assemble once my decision was made. Read morestaff was not welcoming. we were in there looking at rings, necklaces, and bracelets and we’re not acknowledged at all by any employee. my boyfriend wanted to try on a bracelet so we went over to stand at the display case it was at. we stood there for like 10 minutes and not once did the employees even look at us. one of the employees was helping people right next to us and still acted like we didn’t exist. there was 2 employees that were helping one person and one of them was barely even doing anything. i am sure they didn’t to help is because we are a young couple. i hope it wasn’t a classist stereotype. they did help another young couple though, so not sure if they assumed we couldn’t afford anything because of the way we were dressed or because the other girl had a coach purse and i didn’t. we were ready to buy a tennis bracelet, but now we have taken our business elsewhere. will not be...

I called today to see if it was ready and got such attitude from the associate. I said it’s been over 2 weeks and she responds by saying well it’s usually 3 weeks out.
