IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD ! BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER ! RIGHT WHEN I WALKED IN I FELT 2 OF THE GIRL STARE AT ME AND MY BABY UP AND DOWN LIKE IF WE WERENT DRESSED TO THEIR TASTE, I BRUSHED IT OFF AND STILL TOLD THEM I WAS THERE TO GET MY RING REPAIRED IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 2 MINS TO ANSWER ME BACK WITH ANY KIND OF RESPONSE AND MIGHT I ADD THEIR RESPONSE WAS SO DRY " OH OK " I FELT STUPID STANDING THERE WAITING TO SEE IF I COULD FIX MY RING,I STRONGLY BELEIVE SINCE I WAS NOT PURCHASING THEY ATTENDED ME WITH THIS " I DONT CARE" ATTITUDE ,THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE BUT ME. AND THE WORKERS WERE JUST ACTING SNOTY AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS TRASH . THEY WERE JUST BEING RIDICULOUSLY STUPID! BY FAR THE SORRIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED , I WISH I WOULDVE GOT THE EMPLOYEES NAMES TO REPORT THEM. THEY BELITTLED ME WITH THEIR STARE AND THE TONES THEY USED TO ATTEND ME . I TOLD THEM MY SITUATION OF LOOSING MY PAPERWORK AND INSTEAD OF DOING WHAT THEY COULD TO FIND ME IN THE SYSTEM THEY JUST SAID " I CANT DO ANYTHING " , I WALKED OUT AND CALLED THE INLAND CENTER AND GAVE THEM LITTLE INFORMATION AND THEY PULLED UP MY RING IN LESS THEN 3 MINUTES AND SAID "COME ON IN WE WILL GET YOUR RING FIXED ASAP " NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THE ZALES AT...
Read moreMy best friend and I walked into Zales to look for engagement rings to send to our other halves. We heard lots of good things about Zales, but unfortunately, we were totally ignored. We were in there for roughly 10 minutes really looking at the different ring designs and even sat down for a moment to wait for an available sales lady. Staff acknowledged a family that walked in after us, which was a clear sign that they didn’t want to assist us. Sad to say we will not have our other halves purchase at Zales even though their designs were beautiful because there was a major lack in customer service. We walked right across the hall to Kay Jewlers and they were eager to assist us. Last week Sarah helped me trade in my ring I was having trouble with my old ring i upgraded I walked in so upset and left so happy she helped me get exactly what i wanted in my price range I was so unhappy with the work I had done before but im extremely satisfied and cannot wait to pick up my new ring. I love coming to this location I don’t feel like I’m being rushed out she took such good care of me and ultimately gave me the best experience I have ever received, i regret going to other locations i will make the commute to get the great customer service.
