ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I cannot believe the attitude and complete lack of customer service in the Tyler Mall store today! From the dressing room all the way to the cashier, I never heard the word "please" or "thank you"! Just eye rolls. As a business owner I am appalled by this behavior. Horrible employees! Went in there to look for a dress, as I want trying on dresses my boyfriend was waiting outside the fitting room. The person in charge of the fitting rooms then asked him to leave the store because a customer complained that there shouldn't be males in the fitting room. Absolutely ridiculous.
